We’d like to officially welcome three new faces who have joined the Richborough Estates team over recent weeks.
Nick Jones has been appointed as Regional Director (Midlands) and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of over 20 sites while sourcing new land opportunities.
In a similar role, Marc Wilson is our new Regional Director (Central), again with a portfolio of over 20 sites.
Richard Holdcroft has joined as Technical Coordinator, helping to ensure our sites are risk free and build-ready for our development partners.
Our Chief Executive Paul Campbell said: “Nick, Marc and Richard started in the weeks before and after lockdown began, so they certainly didn’t have a typical start to their new roles.
“But they’ve made a brilliant virtual effort and I’d like to thank the wider team for going the extra mile to welcome them.
“With social distancing having being introduced to the office this week it is great that we are now able to safely meet face to face.”
