We have completed another planning promotion agreement – this time for land at Camp Road, Upper Heyford. The site is located in Cherwell District of Oxfordshire and is capable of delivering up to 150 new homes, including affordable housing provision.
We look forward to engaging with key stakeholders to promote this 15 acre site through the forthcoming Cherwell Local Plan review to assist the delivery of much needs new homes in a key strategic growth location.
