Mulberry Homes became our development partner for the 22 acre site in 2017, less than a year after we secured planning permission from Harborough District Council for 50 homes, including 16 affordable, and the creation of a 22 acre country park, play areas and community allotments.
Hursley Park was one of the first schemes we supported with outline design coding, which ensured the approved masterplan and design principles were taken through to detailed design and the character of new homes complemented the local vernacular of Great Bowden.
