We are very pleased to have completed a planning promotion agreement in Bidford-on-Avon, Warwickshire
The 14 acre site off Salford Road is capable of delivering up to 145 homes with affordable housing provision.
We look forward to working with key stakeholders to promote the site through the Stratford District Council Local Plan, and delivering new homes that will contribute to the area’s housing needs.
