Working with Hinson Parry, we’re seeking expressions of interest from developers to deliver new homes in Congleton, Cheshire East.
Our 23 acre residential site is located off Viking Way and will deliver around 170 homes, including 17.5% affordable housing. Access will be via the new Viking Way Extension that forms part of the new Congleton Link Road network.
The residential parcel forms part of a 53 acre, high quality mixed use community that is currently subject to a live planning application comprising a park, wildlife corridors and a local retail centre. It will also feature the 23 acre Viking Business Park that is set to create 500 new jobs.
The site is located at the centre of the wider North Congleton Masterplan and has been allocated in the Cheshire East Local Plan. We’re anticipating outline planning consent to be granted for the whole development early next year.
