The South East has become of our fastest growing regions with the potential to deliver more than 3,500 new homes.
Led by director Nick Banks, the team is busy working on contracted sites in the local authorities of Three Rivers, Dover, Gravesham, Chelmsford and Spelthorne. A number of other promotion agreements are also progressing through legals.
Nick said: “Our growth has been rapid and we’re looking forward to generating much needed new homes for the South East by providing housebuilders with a pipeline of consented land.
“Government recognises the need to boost housing delivery in the South East but the process remains complex and challenging given the high degree of planning constraint and political sensitivities, especially where Green Belt release is required.
“Our delivery of the right blend of housing and community benefits has been fundamental to our success in navigating these considerations”.
