We have completed a new land promotion agreement that will deliver approximately 130 new homes in Surrey.
Our 7.5 acre Green Belt site is located off New Road, in Shepperton in the borough of Spelthorne.
It benefits from a residential allocation in the emerging Spelthorne Local Plan.
We look forward to working with our landowner and stakeholders to swiftly secure planning permission and market the site to housebuilders.
