Land sold for residential development
We’re delighted to have sold a 17 acre parcel of land in New Forest, Hampshire, to housebuilder Bargate Homes.
Located off Everton Road, in the attractive village of Hordle, the scheme will deliver 100 new homes including affordable properties, plus over five acres of green space.
The deal has been completed just six months after the formal adoption of the New Forest District Local Plan, in which the site is allocated.
It also comes just weeks after we sold a major housing site in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, to Bloor Homes.
