New homes in Kent

We have submitted a planning application for 117 new homes in Dover District, Kent.

Our 12 acre site is off Sandwich Road, in Sholden, Deal and has been allocated in Dover District’s emerging Local Plan.

Sholden is a desirable location on the north west side of the coastal town of Deal. A good range of local facilities and amenities are located within easy reach of the site including Deal town centre, schools, leisure facilities and the seaside.

Market and affordable housing

Nick Banks, Regional Director (South East), said: ‘We’re delighted to have submitted this planning application which is the culmination of a great deal of work by the project team and extensive stakeholder engagement.

“The application aligns with the Council’s emerging Local Plan and will assist in the early delivery of much needed market and affordable housing for the District.

“We look forward to achieving planning permission and marketing the site to prospective development partners later this year.”
