Planning application for new homes

We are pleased to have submitted an outline planning application for around 125 new homes, including 25% affordable properties, in Kidderminster, Worcestershire.

Located north west of Habberley Road, the 14-acre parcel of land is in a sought after setting close to schools, shops and Habberley Valley Local Nature Reserve. Kidderminster town centre is just one mile away.

The application proposes to retain all existing walking routes within well designed landscaped areas that will also contribute to a net gain in ecology.

The site has been included in Wyre Forest District Council’s draft Local Plan which is currently under examination by the Planning Inspectorate and expected to be adopted later this year.

Regional Manager Joe Jones said: “We look forward to achieving planning consent for this site which will provide much needed new market and affordable homes, public open space and planting.

“We expect to start marketing the site to prospective development partners in the coming weeks.”
