We have signed a new agreement with a Derbyshire landowner to promote their land for the delivery of new homes.
The 10.57-acre site is located to the east of Chesterfield Road in the town of Matlock. It can accommodate approximately 80 homes, including 30% affordable housing.
We’re promoting the site through the Local Plan and working on the layout plan, taking into consideration the Council’s existing and emerging guidance on housing mix and climate change.
This scheme is our second project in Matlock having previously secured planning permission for up 110 dwellings at Asker Lane. That site was sold to William Davis Homes.
