We have completed another planning promotion agreement – this time for land at Twyford Road, Wokingham.
The 38 acre site is located in Wokingham Borough and forms part of the Ashridge masterplan area which is currently being considered by the Council to deliver approximately 3000 homes.
We look forward to engaging with stakeholders to promote the site through the Wokingham Local Plan Update to assist the delivery of much needed new homes in the Borough.
