Richborough Estates secures land sale

We’re thrilled to announce that we have unconditionally exchanged contracts, with Vistry Group, on c. 40 acres of allocated land within the village of Ottershaw, Surrey.

Located off Brox Road, the site will deliver:

• up to 220 family homes including 35% affordable housing;
• 25 acres of Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace [SANG] including play areas, a community orchard and woodland walks;
• GP surgery; and
• Two traveller pitches

The site, which was formerly Green Belt, was successfully promoted by Richborough Estates through the Runnymede Local Plan and is subject to a pending outline planning application.

The level of interest and competitiveness demonstrated through the marketing process pays testament to the site’s quality as well as the outstanding skill and commitment of our team.
