Richborough Estates signs new landowner agreement

We have entered a new agreement to promote land at Lampits Hill, Corringham in Essex.              `

The site is located in Thurrock Borough and is capable of delivering approximately 120 new homes of which 35% would be affordable.

We look forward to engaging with key stakeholders to promote this 14-acre site through Thurrock’s emerging Local Plan to assist the delivery of much needed new homes in the borough.
