Land promoter Richborough Estates announces staff promotion

We’re delighted to announce that Richard Holdcroft has been promoted to Senior Technical Coordinator at our Birmingham headquarters.

Since joining the company in 2020, Richad has been instrumental in developing the in-house technical reviews carried out for our developments across the country. This includes the continued evolution of plans and reports to support our design and planning teams, as well as our Sales & Technical Packs for our development partners.

He has also impressed us with his attention to detail and ability to adapt to the many technical challenges that arise on the wide range of sites we promote.

In his more senior role, Richard will take more responsibility for the technical elements of developments and continue to seek out ways to support our growing regions.
