Land promoter Richborough Estates sells mixed use development site

We’re delighted to have completed the sale of a 55-acre mixed use development site in Congleton, Cheshire to Clowes Developments.

The mixed-use scheme has outline planning permission for the 23-acre Viking Park which will form an extension to the well-established Congleton Business Park and is expected to generate around 500 jobs.

Also planned are up to 175 homes, a park and wildlife corridors plus a neighbourhood retail centre. Access will be via the new Congleton Link Road.
