Richborough Estates sells land at Bayston Hill to Redrow
We’re delighted to have unconditionally exchanged contracts with Redrow on 15 acres of land in the village of Bayston Hill, Shropshire.
Located off Lyth Hill Road, the site has been identified as a draft allocation in Shropshire’s emerging local plan review.
It is expected to deliver around 100 new homes, including 20 per cent affordable properties and public open space including a pocket park for new and existing residents.
Joe Jones, Regional Manager at Richborough Estates, said: “Congratulations to Redrow on their acquisition of this site in the rural village of Bayston Hill. The housebuilder expressed a keen desire to acquire the site ahead of local plan adoption so they could develop their own planning application and deliver high quality new homes for the area. We’re looking forward to seeing their new development come forward.”
The project team included Joe Jones, Jonathan Bloor, Haydn Jones, Dean Knight, Richard Holdcroft, Charlotte Lewis and Nick Jones at Richborough Estates with support from Gateley, Pinnacle Planning, Pegasus, Hub Transport, Tyler Grange, Lightwoods Green, MEC, Wallingford Hydrosolutions, PJS, and RPS Group.
