Land promoter Richborough Estates submits new planning application

We are pleased to have submitted an outline planning application for up to 44 new homes, including 40 per cent affordable properties, in Kilsby, Daventry.

Located to the south of Barby Road, the 4.6 acre site will provide a new footway along a section of Barby Road, reflecting the aspirations of the Neighbourhood Plan, and will also contribute to a net gain in ecology.

Land and Planning Manager Alanna Mahoney said: “The scheme will support the recently expanded Kilsby Primary School. It will also look to tackle Daventry’s Climate Emergency declaration with an all-electric development including electric vehicle charging points to all homes and deliver policy compliant lifetime homes.”
