Land promoter Richborough Estates submits outline planning application
We’re pleased to have submitted a new planning application for a 14 acre parcel of land off Station Road in Launton, Oxfordshire.
Our application seeks outline consent for 68 new homes including 8 live-work properties, with 35 per cent being affordable.
In addition to much needed new housing, the development will deliver the following local benefits:
- A new village green, incidental open spaces and green streets giving character to the development
- A network of new recreational walking routes through existing woodland
- More than 10% biodiversity net gain delivered on site
We are grateful to the landowners and the team at Savills Oxford for their valuable input on this submission; Jason Hill (development), David Bainbridge and Rebecca Bacon (planning) and Claire Mitchell (urban design). We look forward to securing planning permission and marketing the site to developers in the coming months.
