We’re pleased to be working in partnership with Spicerhaart’s strategic land team to bring forward a potential new residential development at Lampits Hill in Corringham, Essex.
Late last year we entered into a planning promotion agreement with the site’s landowner to deliver around 120 new homes including 35 per cent affordable properties.
As the agency representing the landowner, Spicerhaart helped select Richborough Estates as the most suitable promoter for the scheme. Spicerhaart will continue to work with us throughout the whole project lifecycle, which includes securing an allocation in Thurrock’s emerging Local Plan, designing an outline masterplan, achieving planning permission and marketing the site to a housebuilder partner.
