Land  promoter Richborough Estates enters agreement in Yardley Gobion

We’re delighted to have entered into a Promotion Agreement to promote two parcels of land either side of the High Street in the village of Yardley Gobion.

We will promote the 18 acre site to the emerging West Northamptonshire Strategic Plan with the aim of securing an allocation for residential development.

We will soon be working up proposals for the site which will show the provision of policy compliant housing, as well as public open space, landscaping, biodiversity enhancements and sustainable drainage features.
