Land promoter Richborough Estates completes land sale in Stoke Golding, Leicestershire

We’re delighted to have sold our seven-acre site in Stoke Golding, Leicestershire to housebuilder Miller Homes less than a year after entering the landowner promotion agreement.

The site off Hinckley Road has outline planning permission for 70 new market and affordable homes and over two acres of public open space.  Stoke Golding Recreation Park, schools, doctors’ surgeries and other existing services and facilities are all within easy walking and cycling distance.

Part of the site had been identified for housing in the emerging Neighbourhood Plan, and our planning application was shaped by responses received at a public consultation event.

It is testament both to the quality of the site and the skill and commitment of our team.
