Richborough Estates’ Bristol office welcomes Alanna Mahoney

Alanna is supporting director Alex Anderson in driving activity in our South West region, which includes Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey.

The duo are based in our new South West office in the Generator Building in centre of Bristol. Their focus is on sourcing suitable residential and mixed-use sites, securing planning consent and marketing them to development partners.  Previously, Alanna supported both our Midlands and North teams.

Alanna said: “I’m really excited to be working with Alex to create a successful new region for Richborough Estates.

“There is a real shortage of homes here and my aim is to help plug that gap by delivering a pipeline of high quality, shovel ready land for housebuilders and developers.”

Alex added: “Alanna brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and I’m delighted to have her on board.

“Since launching in March we are already looking at multiple new opportunities that we hope to convert in the coming months, and I’m confident that the region can really push on with her support.”
