Land promoter Richborough Estates has entered into a planning promotion agreement for a parcel of land in Tytherington, South Gloucestershire
The 9 acre site has the potential to deliver around 75 new homes, including a proportion of affordable housing. It is situated on the southern edge of the village close to local facilities.
We look forward to engaging with key stakeholders. The site will be promoted in the emerging Local Plan as a proposed housing allocation.
Thanks to our landowners and the agents Hugh Collins and Chris Haworth of Alder King, their solicitors Tim Walker of Clarke Willmott and our legal representative Rachael Waugh of Gateley Plc for their efforts in completing this agreement.
And further thanks must go to our in-house technical and design specialists Dean Knight, Charlotte Lewis and Nick Matthews.
Regional director Alex Anderson said: “The team has worked hard to get this over the line. We’re delighted to secure this excellent opportunity and we are looking for more such land opportunities across the region”.
