To help deliver our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for 2 x Divisional Planning Managers for both our Eastern and Western divisions.
The role is suited to those who are currently Senior Planner / Associate level.
The core functions of the role are: appraise new opportunities, manage the smooth submission and passage of planning applications, and where necessary help manage appeals.
You will report to the respective Planning Director in each Division.
There will be an element of agile working but with a requirement for working days in our Birmingham City Centre Head Office.
