Richborough Estates has entered into a landowner agreement to promote land in Earls Barton, Northamptonshire
It is an 18-acre site located to the east of Northampton Road which will deliver a range of housing, including market and affordable dwellings, as well as open space, new children’s play areas and sustainable drainage systems.
We will promote the site through the emerging West Northamptonshire Strategic Plan and look forward to working closely with the Council to bring the site forward for development.
