We’ve signed a planning promotion agreement in Northamptonshire to bring forward a 115-acre site that could deliver up to 765 new homes.

Located on Newport Pagnell Road some two miles south-east of Northampton town centre, the greenfield land also has the potential to deliver a new country park, children’s play area, tree lined avenues, community orchards and allotments.
