We’ve certainly come a long way since forming with just three people and calling the company after Richborough Drive in Dudley, where we promoted one of our first sites!
- We now employ nearly 30 people across our Birmingham, Bristol and London offices and operate nationwide
- We’ve helped scores of landowners and agents get planning permission and dispose of their sites to housebuilders and developers
- To date, we’ve sold land that has produced more than 5,000 new homes and made £35 million in infrastructure contributions
- There are more than 140 live sites in our portfolio with the potential to deliver thousands more new homes and millions of square feet of commercial space
