Huge welcome to Matt Dugdale BA (Hons) MCD MRTPI FRGS who is Richborough Estates’ new Western division planning manager.
Working with divisional planning director Haydn Jones, Matt advises on planning matters for residential sites in our North, Midlands and South West regions, and on commercial sites across the UK for Richborough Commercial.
Previously Matt was a planning consultant with roles at Indigo Planning, WSP and Nexus Planning. Before he that held posts at housebuilder and commercial developer, The Emerson Group (Jones Homes and Orbit Developments) and two local authorities.
He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) and is 2023 Vice Chair of the North West Region, as well as a judge for the RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society (FRGS).
