Richborough Estates has secured a resolution to grant outline planning permission for up to 125 homes, including 20% on-site affordable housing provision, in the Cambridgeshire town of March.
The proposals include high-quality new homes in a range of types and sizes, with a central green, public open space and a children’s play area.
The greenfield site is located off Princess Avenue, towards the south of March, and is within comfortable walking distance of schools, shops and facilities.
