Richborough Estates is thrilled to promote Katie Saunders to Land & Planning Manager for our Central region.
Since passing her master’s degree last year, Katie has gone from strength to strength playing a key role in the successful management of Central projects and new deals.
Marc Wilson, regional director for the Central region, said: “Katie demonstrates an excellent work ethic and her attitude and commitment have been impressive. This promotion is truly deserved.”
Katie added: “I am thrilled with my new role and look forward to an exciting future with Richborough, continuing to bring forward the existing Central pipeline and expanding the portfolio.”
Katie joined Richborough Estates in 2021 as Assistant Land & Planning Manager at our Birmingham headquarters.
It was Katie’s first industry role since leaving Loughborough University with a Construction Engineering Management degree, which included a placement year with construction firm BAM Construct.
