The Richborough team has been getting to know each other better with team building workshops.
We’ve been taking part in some fascinating Insights Discovery sessions, aided by lots of Lego, games, brainstorming and a few post-event pints!
Insights is a psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung. It uses four colour energies, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, Cool Blue and Fiery Red to help understand why people behave the way they do and make the most of relationships at work.
The sessions have helped us to:
– develop our values and culture
– form a common language
– recognise our strengths and weaknesses as both a team and individually
