Richborough is thrilled to have secured Barratt David Wilson as development partner to deliver Phase 2 of our site at Sandwich Rd, Sholden, Deal. This follows their acquisition of Phase 1 in March last year.
Our outline application for Sholden Phase 2 was granted at appeal on 15th June 2023 and comprises of 155 residential dwellings (of which 30% will be affordable) throughout distinct character areas together with high quality open space, a new play area and biodiversity enhancements.
