A huge welcome to Harry Boniface, our new Assistant Land & Planning Manager in our Midlands region.
Harry was previously a surveyor at BTS property consultancy, dealing with the diversion of utilities for a variety of clients.
In his new role, Harry works with Joe Jones, Richborough’s Midlands Regional Director, to progress existing sites and identify potential new land deals. Their region includes Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire and Cheshire.
We’re also supporting Harry’s master’s degree in real estate management at Birmingham City University.
Harry said: “Richborough is one of the major UK land promoters with a great reputation in bringing forward well located and expertly designed sites. I’m enjoying engaging with a variety of stakeholders from landowners through to external consultants and progressing the sites we have in our pipeline.”
Joe added: “Harry’s technical background provides a great understanding of the challenges that each site can face and how solutions are to be sought to deliver high-quality schemes for our clients. I’m really pleased to have Harry on board, and look forward to seeing his career progress.”
