Richborough welcomes Cameron Cook
We have bolstered our northern team with the appointment of Cameron Cook as Assistant Land & Planning Manager.
Cameron supports regional manager Harry Jackson with the acquisition, planning and disposal of land for the region which includes Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Yorkshire, Cumbria and Northumberland.
Previously Cameron was a land and planning graduate at Redrow, and was also Venue Technology Manager at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
He has a master’s degree in regional and urban planning from the University of Birmingham, is a licentiate member of the Royal Town and Planning Institute (RTPI) and is on the pathway to qualify as a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) professional.
Cameron said: “My previous work with developers has exposed me to several promoters, agents, and landowners of which Richborough was a reoccurring name.
“Their market presence alongside their drive to grow, modern methodology and strong internal community has confirmed to me that Richborough has an exciting future ahead.”
Harry Jackson added: “Cameron’s previous role at Redrow Homes has put him in a great place to succeed at Richborough and to understand the challenges we face.
“I’m excited to have Cameron join the team and look forward to seeing his career at Richborough progress.”
In his spare time Cameron also competes in the national Elite Division of paintball and is training to become a ski instructor.
Richborough has a fast-growing pipeline of residential and commercial sites in the north of England that will generate much needed quality homes and employment space. We’re committed to designing and securing planning permission for high quality places that bring best returns for landowners and leave long lasting legacies.
