We’re looking for a Land Studies person, to undertake regular land studies across Local Authorities and generate new opportunities for our regional teams.
This role will see you research and identify suitable land opportunities, conduct site visits and appraisals, identify potential constraints, attend appointments with landowners and aid in the negotiation of terms. You will be based at our Birmingham headquarters, and travel will be required to other offices / sites as per business demands.
We’re looking for someone with lots of energy and ‘can do’ attitude, who can work on your own initiative with a strong delivery focus. Interest in the property and land promotion industries is desirable.
