Richborough has submitted an outline planning application for up to 230 new homes in Skegby, Nottinghamshire.
Our plans for the 22.73-acre site off Beck Lane propose a range of house types and sizes, with affordable housing provision. The site is located close to local facilities and key transport links.
Other key elements of our planning application include access, public open space, landscaping and drainage infrastructure.
Alex Anderson, Regional Director, said: “We are delighted to submit this planning application, which is for a much-needed residential development scheme on a site that benefits from a draft housing allocation. It is a scheme that will ultimately help the significant housing shortage in Ashfield when it is approved and delivered.
“We look forward to working with Ashfield District Council and its consultees to seek a positive outcome regarding the planning application. We expect to start marketing the site in conjunction with Savills Nottingham (Ann Taylor, Development Services), to prospective developers shortly.”
