Congratulations Richard Lomas on your promotion to Group Planning Director!
This new role sees Richard responsible for internal group planning best practice and the coordination of relevant data for group functions.
He also continues to oversee planning activity for our Central and South East regions – which together have a portfolio of nearly 60 contracted sites with the potential to deliver over 12,000 essential new homes.
Richard’s promotion is part of Richborough’s growth drive and diversification following investment in 2022 from Terra Firma’s Principal Capital Group, supported by Partners Group and the Hands Family Office.
