Richborough has exchanged a promotion agreement for 11.9 acres of land in the Surrey town of Kingswood. The site should deliver over 90 new homes.
The site is currently Green Belt in the Reigate and Banstead Local Plan.
Alex Anderson, regional director at Richborough, said: “Huge thanks to our planning, design and technical teams who conducted extensive research to determine the potential of this site. The scheme will ultimately provide much needed, high quality family homes in a sustainable location”.
“We look forward to working with the Council and key stakeholders in the community to secure planning permission”.
Thanks to James Clewlow of Cripps law firm on behalf of the landowner.
Our legal advisors were Tim Ledger and William Hudson of Gateley.
