Working with our landowner and Savills, we’re pleased to be seeking expressions of interest for a residential development opportunity in Skegby, Ashfield in Nottinghamshire.
The proposed development site is situated to the east of Beck Lane off the B6014 and north of the A38. It is circa two miles west of Mansfield, one mile north of Sutton in Ashfield, 11 miles south of Chesterfield and 18 miles north of Nottingham.
The subject site is approximately 23 acres gross, with a planning application pending for the development of up to 230 new homes. The application was validated in April and is progressing well – see details in the brochure here
