Richborough is delighted to see the Land, Planning and Development Federation’s (LPDF) action plan for the new government.
The ‘10 Point Plan for a step change in delivery’ outlines strategic measures to enable the delivery of more housing within the existing planning system.
Action points include:

✅Focus on the Delivery of Affordable Housing
✅Improving the Environment
✅Biodiversity Functioning Local Planning Authorities
We urge the next government to take immediate action to boost the delivery of much needed new homes and unlock economic growth and associated social issues.
