We’re delighted to welcome Ben Webster as Assistant Land and Planning Manager for our Central region.
Ben will be working alongside Regional Director Marc Wilson and Land and Planning Manager Katie Saunders to bring forward land opportunities and assist with the planning and delivery of sites covering Solihull, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Bedfordshire.
Previously Ben worked in Land Sourcing for both Congleton-based Landology and Atria on Australia’s East Coast.
Ben said: “Richborough is growing rapidly and has a great culture which I’m looking forward to being part of. It’s a really exciting time to be joining the firm.”
Marc Wilson, Regional Director (Central) said: “There is a huge amount of activity in Central across planning, land disposals and new deals. Ben is arriving at a really exciting time and will be a great addition to the team.”
