National land promotion company Richborough has announced the expansion of its new Land Studies team with two new appointments.
Spencer Philips and Harry Rees joined the Land Studies division established by Alex Sciarretta earlier this year with a focus on creating new opportunities for the regional promotion teams. Both new starters will work across the firm’s entire residential and commercial portfolio across the UK.
Harry Rees, has a masters in Real Estate and joins the firm from Barcroft Estates, whilst Spencer Philips worked as a Land Sourcer at High Living Estates and founded ProspectLandSourcing before joining the Richborough team.
