We’re delighted to welcome Owen Weaver to our expanding team!
RTPI-accredited Owen joins us as Planning Manager covering our South East region.
Working alongside Regional Director Nick Banks, Owen will be helping to secure planning consent for sites across our growing South East region which is currently set to facilitate delivery of over 6,000 new homes.
Owen previously worked at Trenport, overseeing promotion through to development completion across numerous projects in their portfolio. Prior to that he held a long-term planning position with Savills.
Nick Banks, said: “Owen has joined us at a pivotal time. His previous experience in securing complex planning approvals is vital as we’re looking to bring more much-needed homes to market.”
Owen added: “I’ve always admired Richborough’s approach as a firm, it takes proactive action to get things done which is so important in the context of this country’s housing crisis. With a new administration and changing legislation, it’s an exciting time for the industry.”
