Huge congrats to our Emma Fardell and Katie Saunders who have both been shortlisted as finalists in the Property Week Inspiring Women in Property Awards 2024!
Emma, our Chief Finance and Operations Officer, is a finalist in the Innovator of the Year category. This is in recognition of the growth and innovation Emma has orchestrated since joining Richborough, with a focus on inclusivity and better gender balance. It also acknowledges her implementation of our quasi-bespoke, digital business system The Richborough Platform, understood to be a first for the land promotion sector!
Katie, who is Land and Planning Manager for our Central region, has been shortlisted in the Rising Star – Residential category. Katie’s nomination recognises her swift progression since joining Richborough as a graduate in 2021, as well as the key role she plays in managing the region’s portfolio of over 6,000 plots.
We can’t wait for the awards ceremony on 8th October – good luck to all the finalists!
