Richborough is thrilled to announce Persimmon as our development partner for a circa 34-acre residential development site in Newbold Verdon, Leicestershire.
The land is located east of Brascote Lane and the new development will comprise up to 239 high quality homes, with 40% on-site affordable housing provision, open space, children’s play areas and car parking provision for existing allotments.
The landowner was advised by Richard Newey of Brown and Co.
