We’re so proud that our Chief Finance and Operations officer Emma Fardell has been shortlisted in the Innovator of the Year category for the 2024 Property Week Inspiring Women Awards.
Emma gives her thoughts on the nomination in this short clip. She says:
“I take genuine pleasure in finding ways to help everyone be the best they can in work, without compromising their other responsibilities or commitments and with this in mind I developed a semi-bespoke digital business system which has improved efficiencies in the resourcing and project management of our sites. It’s believed to be a first in the sector and has been a real benefit across the board but particularly for our working parents. Richborough gave me the space to do this so I’d like to thank all involved for their support.
