Richborough Commercial has exchanged a promotion agreement for land lying to the south west of Stone.
The site will provide for the increasing demand for Industrial & logistics and manufacturing space both in Staffordshire and nationally.
It extends to 192 acres and adjoins the successful Stone Business Park, some 3 miles north of the County town of Stafford.
Adjoining the A34 and less than 10 minutes’ drive from junction 14 of the M6, the site provide for excellent connectivity to the greater Midlands and beyond.
