Richborough has officially signed up as members of the British Property Federation (BPF), the leading trade body representing the whole of the real estate industry in the UK and dedicated to promoting a diverse and successful industry.
The BPF works in partnership with national and local government to promote real estate knowledge and innovation, providing research and data to enable fact-based decisions about the future of the market both regionally and nationally.
With an industry-wide membership spanning REITS, financial institutions, fund managers, developers, agents and professional services that support the industry, the BPF conducts research, briefings and consultation across the industry to respond to and lobby for changing legislation and provide advice for members on the changing market.
Nick Jones, Group Director for Richborough Commercial said: “The BPF is the voice of the property industry, and as the largest land promoter in their membership, we are hoping to work alongside the federation to demonstrate the value of land promotion in delivering viable sites to the market.
