With new homes targets set to be in place for local authorities by the new year, we are delighted to have exchanged a promotion agreement for 10 acres of land in Walsall.
Located off Lichfield Road, connecting Rushall and Walsall, the site has the potential to deliver around 100 new homes to the area.
